SUBCHAPTER J - INDETERMINATE PREMIUM REDUCTION POLICIES
SECTION/RULE §4.1007 - Reclassification of Policyholders

No insurer may, for premium redetermination purposes, reclassify into subclasses or new classes the original class established for an indeterminate premium reduction policy at date of issue.
