SUBCHAPTER P - REQUIRED REINSTATEMENT RELATING TO MENTAL INCAPACITY OF THE INSURED FOR INDIVIDUAL LIFE POLICIES WITHOUT NONFORFEITURE BENEFITS
SECTION/RULE §4.1601 - Purpose and Scope

The purpose of this subchapter is to address the reinstatement requirements for individual life policies that lapse due to the mental incapacity of the insured under certain conditions as prescribed in this subchapter.
