SUBCHAPTER W - ANNUITY DISCLOSURES
SECTION/RULE §4.2303 - Effective Date

This subchapter shall apply only to annuity transactions subject to regulation under this subchapter that occur on or after the date that is six months after the effective date of this subchapter.
