Chapter Review Date 06/08/2021

(a) The user guide established in accordance with SECTION 4 of SB 1670 (Acts 2005, 79th Leg., R.S., chap. 892, SB 1670 sec. 4) will provide technical guidance to insurers on how to comply with the requirements and procedures specified in §§5.601 - 5.611. The user guide specifications are subject to change based on technology or program experience. Such changes to the user guide shall not affect the substantive requirements of this division.(b) The user guide may be obtained from the Data Services Division of the Texas Department of Insurance, Mail Code 105-5D, P.O. Box 149104, Austin, Texas 78714 or the department website at www.tdi.state.tx.us.
