SECTION/RULE §5.4031 - Wind Damage Evaluation

To estimate the extent to which damage to structures that are the subject of residential slab claims has been caused by wind, waves, tidal surges, or rising waters not caused by waves or surges, the association must employ both a probabilistic approach and an observational approach as described in §§5.4032 - 5.4040 of this title. The association must use:(1) a property database, described in §5.4032;(2) a hazard module, described in §§5.4033 - 5.4037;(3) a damage estimation module, described in §5.4038;(4) an economic loss module, described in §5.4039; and(5) a report generation module, described in §5.4040.
