SECTION/RULE §5.7105 - Prohibited Nonrenewal and Cooperation Timeframe

(a) If an insurer decides that the insured has cooperated, the insurer may not nonrenew the policy for that insured's failure or refusal to cooperate.(b) An insurer must give the insured at least 10 days to cooperate from the date the insurer sends the Notice, regardless of when the policy term ends.
