(a) Documents included in filings may not be encrypted or password protected. TDI staff must be able to fully process and review the documents without a password or other decryption process.(b) The policy forms, endorsements, and form usage tables submitted in a filing under Division 5 of this subchapter (relating to Filings Made Easy - Requirements for Property and Casualty Policy Form and Endorsement Filings) must:(1) not be scanned documents;(2) not include any scanned text, or scanned images with text, that will be part of the insurance contract;(3) be in a format that is selectable and searchable; and(4) be in portrait, not landscape, orientation.
