SECTION/RULE §5.9320 - Purpose and Definitions

(a) Purpose. The purpose of this division is to specify the filing requirements for property and casualty policy form and endorsement filings submitted under Insurance Code Chapters 2052, 2301, or 3502. All insurer and advisory organization filings must comply with the filing requirements of this division and any other applicable rules.(b) Definitions. The definitions in §5.9310 of this title (relating to Property and Casualty Transmittal Information and General Filing Requirements) apply to this division.
