The applicant is obligated to submit any information requested by the commissioner for the purpose of determining whether the application meets all requirements for admission (see §7.507(e) of this title (relating to Forms Incorporated by Reference)). The applicant must satisfy the commissioner that all requirements of the retaliatory provisions of the Insurance Code, Article 21.46, are met.
