SECTION/RULE §130.100 - Applicability

(a) Effectiveness. Entitlement or non-entitlement to supplemental income benefits shall be determined in accordance with the rules in effect on the date a qualifying period begins.(b) Claims Service. Sections 130.101 - 130.109 of this chapter (relating to Impairment and Supplemental Income Benefits) define certain aspects of claims service under the provisions of Texas Labor Code, §406.010.
