SECTION/RULE §132.15 - Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.(1) Accredited educational institution--An institution which provides a recognized course or courses of instruction and leads to the conference of a diploma, degree, or other recognized certification of completion at the conclusion of the course of study. The definition may include, but is not limited to, high schools, colleges and universities, and trade schools.(2) Full-time student--A person enrolled in at least the minimum course load required to qualify as full-time at the particular educational institution and in the particular course of study.(3) Semester--The periods by which the educational institution divides its academic year.
