SECTION/RULE §144.11 - Continuance

(a) Any request for a continuance by a party must be directed to the division's chief clerk of proceedings and served personally by certified mail, or by electronic transmission, on all other parties.(b) A continuance may be granted for up to 30 days only upon a determination of good cause. Notwithstanding the existence of good cause, not more than one continuance will be granted to each party.
