SECTION/RULE §144.2 - Ex Parte Communications

(a) On any substantive matter regarding facts, issues, law, or rules, an arbitrator may not communicate with any party outside the arbitration unless the communication is:(1) in writing; and(2) a copy is delivered to all parties to the arbitration.(b) Notwithstanding subsection (a) of this section, any party may communicate with the arbitrator concerning any procedural matter.
