SECTION/RULE §148.19 - Transcript or Duplicate of the Hearing Audiotape or Videotape

(a) A party may submit a request to the division for a transcript of the hearing audiotape or videotape. The requestor shall pay the cost of the transcript, as established by the division.(b) A party may submit a request to the division for a duplicate of the hearing audiotape or videotape. The requestor shall pay the cost of the duplication, as established by the division.
