SECTION/RULE §49.135 - Use of Court Reporters

Testimony will be recorded under the direction and control of the board member conducting the hearing. It will be permissible for any party to have a court reporter record the proceedings, conditioned upon:(1) notification thereof shall be made to the presiding board member not less than three days before the scheduled hearing; and(2) the original of the transcript shall be promptly furnished by the court reporter to the board, without cost to the board; and(3) a true copy of the transcript shall be made available to the opposing party or parties at the usual and customary charge therefore.
