SECTION/RULE §53.22 - Application To Change the Benefits Payment Period

(a) While a claim is pending before the board, the claimant and the carrier, with board authorization, may agree to change the weekly payment of benefits to one of the following payment periods: every two weeks, every four weeks, monthly, or quarterly.(b) Application for board authorization shall be made in writing on a form approved by the board.
