SECTION/RULE §56.65 - Cost of the Annuity

(a) The carrier shall submit to the board with the structured settlement, in camera, the cost of the annuity.(b) The cost of the annuity to a carrier that does not purchase an annuity from a third party is the discounted value of the periodic payments to be provided (effective 1987).
