SECTION/RULE §59.5 - Filing of Notice

Notices of intention to appeal from a final order or award of the board shall be filed with the board in Austin and must be in writing, clearly and accurately identify the compensation claim to which it pertains, including the board file number, and delivered to the board's office in Austin, either:(1) in person; or(2) by mail; or(3) by wire or telegram; or(4) by comparable means.
