SECTION/RULE §61.60 - Attendance at Conference

(a) The claimant and the claimant's attorney or authorized agent, if any, and the carrier's representative must attend all prehearing conferences pertaining to the claim under consideration.(b) A request for a prehearing conference shall constitute an agreement by the requesting party to appear personally or arrange for substitute representation in the event of a scheduling conflict.(c) Claimant's attendance may be waived for good cause.
