SECTION/RULE §251.209 - Time Limit on Submitting Form TWCC-1S

Form TWCC-1S is to be completed and submitted by the employing agency to the director no later than the next working day after the employing agency receives its first notice of injury or work-related illness of an employee. This form shall be completed by the employing agency's claims coordinator or designee, and not by the injured employee.
