The following is adopted by reference as accident prevention rules of the director, State Office of Risk Management. Copies of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards may be obtained by writing superintendent of documents, United States Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C. 20402. The Occupational Safety and Health Standards, Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration being:(1) 29 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 1910, republished in its entirety as of November 7, 1978 (commonly known as OSHA); and(2) 29 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 1926, Occupational Safety and Health Regulations for Contractors, republished in its entirety February 9, 1979, and amendments thereto.
