SECTION/RULE §251.405 - Administration of Accident Prevention Rules

It is the express intent of the director that all accident prevention rules be administered in such a manner as not to create an unmanageable hardship on any agency or department. Compliance will be required in accordance with the ability of the department to respond, taking into consideration the nature of the discrepancy and any existing budgetary limitations.
