SECTION/RULE §251.407 - Hearing Procedures
Chapter Review Date 05/05/2000

(a) A hearing request will be by written procedure setting out:(1) subject matter;(2) reason for request;(3) list of witnesses who will appear; and(4) itemization of evidence to be submitted.(b) Any hearing held shall be open to the public.
