SECTION/RULE §251.410 - Provisions for Requesting a Change in Rules

Such request for hearing shall be in writing to the director, setting out specifically the regulation, standard, amendment, modification, change, or repeal upon which a hearing is desired, and the reasons therefor. Any hearing held shall be open to the public.
