SECTION/RULE §252.405 - Reporting of Claims Against Surety Bonds

(a) Claims against surety bonds shall be reported by entities subject to this subchapter in the manner provided in §252.311.(b) Claims against surety bonds shall be reported by insurers in the manner provided in §252.313.
