SECTION/RULE §101.20 - Compliance with Environmental Protection Agency Standards

Any person owning or operating a source of air contaminants shall comply with the following requirements:(1) any applicable new source performance standards promulgated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) pursuant to the Federal Clean Air Act, §111, as amended;(2) any applicable emissions standards for hazardous air pollutants promulgated by the EPA pursuant to the Federal Clean Air Act, §112, as amended; and(3) the conditions of any permit issued by the EPA pursuant to 40 Code of Federal Regulations §52.21, concerning the prevention of significant deterioration of air quality.
