SECTION/RULE §101.336 - Emission Monitoring, Compliance Demonstration, and Reporting

(a) Emission monitoring and reporting shall be conducted in accordance with §116.914 of this title (relating to Emissions Monitoring and Reporting Requirements).(b) For each control period, grandfathered or electing electric generating facilities (EGF), must submit a report to the commission by June 30 of each year detailing the following:(1) the amount of emissions of each allocated air contaminant during the preceding control period.(2) a summary of all final trades for the preceding control period.
