Any person affected by the Texas Clean Air Act, §3.10(e), who does not wish to be regulated by the process weight method may request an alternate method of regulation which the executive director finds will provide equivalent emission control efficiency to §111.171 of this title (relating to Emissions Limits Based on Process Weight Method).
