SECTION/RULE §111.175 - Exemptions

Any person affected by the Texas Clean Air Act, §3.10(e), shall be exempt from the following: §111.111 of this title (relating to Requirements for Specified Sources), §§111.141, 111.143, 111.145, 111.147, and 111.149 of this title (relating to Geographic Areas of Application and Date of Compliance; Materials Handling; Construction and Demolition; Roads, Streets, and Alleys; and Parking Lots), and §§111.151, 111.153, and 111.155 of this title (relating to Allowable Emissions Limits; Emissions Limits for Steam Generators; and Ground Level Concentrations). All other provisions of this title shall apply.
