SECTION/RULE §112.212 - Control Requirements

(a) Acid Gas Flare (EPN FLR1) and Acid Gas Incinerator (EPN INCIN1) may not operate simultaneously.(b) Acid Gas Flare (EPN FLR1) emissions may not exceed 140.00 lb/hr sulfur dioxide (SO2).(c) Acid Gas Incinerator (EPN INCIN1) emissions may not exceed 140.00 lb/hr SO2.(d) The owner or operator may request an alternate means of control under the provisions of §112.232(k) of this title (relating to Control Requirements).
