(a) Submit an initial report and annual reports, plus semiannual reports for any emission or parameter level that does not meet the limits specified in this division.(b) Submit all reports on paper, postmarked on or before the submittal dates in §§113.2158, 113.2160, and 113.2163 of this title (relating to When must I submit the initial report?, When must I submit the annual report?, and If a semiannual report is required, when must I submit it?). If the executive director agrees, you may submit electronic reports, as specified in Chapter 19 of this title (relating to Electronic Reporting).(c) Keep a copy of all reports required by §§113.2159, 113.2161, and 113.2164 of this title (relating to What must I include in my initial report?, What must I include in my annual report?, and What must I include in the semiannual out-of-compliance reports?) onsite for 5 years.
