For your control plan increment of progress, you must satisfy the two requirements specified in paragraphs (1) and (2) of this section.(1) Submit the final control plan that includes the five items described in subparagraphs (A) through (E) of this paragraph.(A) A description of the devices for air pollution control and process changes that you will use to comply with the emission limitations and other requirements of this division.(B) The type(s) of waste to be burned.(C) The maximum design waste burning capacity.(D) The anticipated maximum charge rate.(E) If applicable, the petition for site-specific operating limits under §113.2222 of this title (relating to What if I do not use a wet scrubber to comply with the emission limitations?).(2) Maintain an onsite copy of the final control plan.
