SECTION/RULE §113.2215 - How do I obtain my operator qualification?

(a) You must obtain operator qualification by completing a training course that satisfies the criteria under §113.2213(b) of this title (relating to What are the operator training and qualification requirements?).(b) Qualification is valid from the date on which the training course is completed and the operator successfully passes the examination required under §113.2213(c)(2) of this title.
