SECTION/RULE §113.2238 - What information must I submit following my initial performance test?

You must submit the information specified in paragraphs (1) through (3) of this section no later than 60 days following the initial performance test. All reports must be signed by the facilities manager.(1) The complete test report for the initial performance test results obtained under §113.2226 of this title (relating to How do I demonstrate initial compliance with the emission limitations and establish the operating limits?), as applicable.(2) The values for the site-specific operating limits established in §113.2221 or §113.2222 of this title (relating to What operating limits must I meet and by when? or What if I do not use a web scrubber to comply with the emission limitations?).(3) If you are using a fabric filter to comply with the emission limitations, documentation that a bag leak detection system has been installed and is being operated, calibrated, and maintained as required by §113.2232(b) of this title (relating to What monitoring equipment must I install and what parameters must I monitor?).
