SECTION/RULE §113.2249 - What are my requirements for meeting increments of progress and achieving final compliance?

If you plan to achieve compliance more than 1 year following the effective date of state plan approval, you must meet the two increments of progress specified in paragraphs (1) and (2) of this section.(1) Submit a final control plan.(2) Achieve final compliance.
