Your notification of achievement of increments of progress must include the three items described in paragraphs (1) through (3) of this section.(1) Notification that the increment of progress has been achieved.(2) Any items required to be submitted with each increment of progress (see §113.2254 of this title (relating to How do I comply with the increment of progress for submittal of a control plan?)).(3) Signature of the owner or operator of the incinerator.
