SECTION/RULE §113.2351 - What must I do if I plan to permanently close my air curtain incinerator that burns only wood waste, clean lumber, and yard waste and not restart it?

You must close the unit before the final compliance date specified in Table 1 in §113.2357 of this title (relating to Tables Relating to Division 5).
