(a) Except as specified in subsection (e) of this section, in Aransas, Bexar, Brazoria, Calhoun, Chambers, Collin, Dallas, Denton, El Paso, Fort Bend, Galveston, Gregg, Hardin, Harris, Jefferson, Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, Nueces, Orange, San Patricio, Tarrant, Travis, Victoria, and Waller Counties, the compliance date has passed and the owner or operator of each volatile organic compound (VOC) water separator shall continue to comply with this division.(b) The owner or operator of each VOC water separator in Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, and Rockwall Counties shall comply with this division as soon as practicable, but no later than March 1, 2009.(c) The owner or operator of each VOC water separator in Wise County shall comply with this division as soon as practicable, but no later than January 1, 2017.(d) The owner or operator of a water separator in Bexar, Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, and Wise Counties that becomes subject to this division on or after the applicable compliance date in subsection (a), (b) or (c) of this section, shall be in compliance with the requirements in this division as soon as practicable, but no later than 60 days after becoming subject.(e) The owner or operator of each VOC water separator in the Bexar County area subject to the requirements of this division shall comply with the requirements of §115.131(c), §115.132(c), and §115.137(c) of this title (relating to Emission Specifications; Control Requirements; and Exemptions) through December 31, 2024 and all other applicable requirements of this division by no later than January 1, 2025.
