SECTION/RULE §115.170 - Applicability

The requirements in this division apply to the following equipment in the Bexar County, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Houston-Galveston-Brazoria areas as defined in §115.10 of this title (relating to Definitions):(1) any centrifugal compressor with wet seals and any reciprocating compressor located between the wellhead, but not including the well site, and point of custody transfer to a natural gas transmission or storage operation;(2) any pneumatic controller located from the wellhead to a natural gas processing plant, including the natural gas processing plant, or point of custody transfer to a crude oil pipeline;(3) any pneumatic pump located at a well site or a natural gas processing plant;(4) any storage tank located from the well site to the point of custody transfer to an oil pipeline or to the point of natural gas distribution; and(5) any fugitive emission component in volatile organic compounds service located at a crude oil or natural gas production well site, natural gas processing plant, or gathering and boosting station.
