For the El Paso area, the following testing requirements shall apply:(1) Sampling Procedures for Fuel Volatility (40 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 80, Appendix D); and(2) Tests for Determining Reid Vapor Pressure of Gasoline and Gasoline-Oxygenate Blends (40 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 80, Appendix E).
