SECTION/RULE §115.424 - Inspection Requirements

(a) The owner or operator of each surface coating process subject to §115.421 of this title (relating to Emissions Specifications) must provide samples, without charge, upon request by representatives of the executive director, EPA, or local air pollution control agency.(b) The representative or inspector requesting the sample will determine the amount of coating needed to test the sample to determine compliance.
