(a) In Brazoria, Chambers, Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, El Paso, Fort Bend, Galveston, Hardin, Harris, Jefferson, Johnson, Kaufman, Liberty, Montgomery, Nueces, Orange, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, Waller, and Wise Counties, the compliance date has passed for control requirements in 115.512(a) of this title (relating to Control Requirements) and all associated requirements, and all affected persons shall continue to comply with this division, except as specified in subsections (c) and (d) of this section. The compliance date for ozone attainment counties which have been added voluntarily to this division remain listed in §115.519(b).(b) All affected persons in Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, Travis, and Williamson Counties shall comply with this division no later than December 31, 2005.(c) All affected persons in Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, and Wise Counties shall be in compliance with the requirements of §115.512(b)(1) of this title no later than 270 days after the commission publishes notification in the Texas Register of its determination that the contingency requirements are necessary as a result of EPA publication of a notice in the Federal Register that the specified area failed to attain the applicable National Ambient Air Quality Standard for ozone by the attainment deadline or failed to demonstrate reasonable further progress as set forth in the 1990 Amendments to the Federal Clean Air Act, §172(c)(9).(d) All affected persons in Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, and Waller Counties shall be in compliance with the requirements of §115.512(b)(2) of this title no later than 270 days after the commission publishes notification in the Texas Register of its determination that the contingency requirements are necessary as a result of EPA publication of a notice in the Federal Register that the specified area failed to attain the applicable National Ambient Air Quality Standard for ozone by the attainment deadline or failed to demonstrate reasonable further progress as set forth in the 1990 Amendments to the Federal Clean Air Act. (e) All affected persons in the Bexar County area shall comply with this division no later than January 1, 2025. (f) All affected persons that become subject to this division on or after the applicable compliance date in this section shall comply with the requirements in this division no later than 60 days after becoming subject.
