SECTION/RULE §116.1050 - Multiple Plant Permit Application Fee

Any person who applies for a multiple plant permit (MPP) shall remit, at the time of application for such permit, a fee of $900.(1) Fees will not be charged for MPP alterations, changes of ownership, or changes of location of permitted facilities.(2) Fees must be paid at the time an application for a permit is submitted. No fees will be refunded after a deficient application has been voided.
