(a) Fees required. Any person who applies for a permit under this subchapter must remit a fee as provided in Chapter 116, Subchapter B, Division 4 of this title (relating to Permit Fees) at the time of application for such permit.(b) Payment of fees. All permit fees must be remitted in the form of a check or money order made payable to the "Texas Commission on Environmental Quality" and delivered to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, P.O. Box 13088, MC 214, Austin, Texas 78711-3088. Required fees must be received before the commission will begin examination of the application.
