SECTION/RULE §117.1100 - Applicability

(a) This division applies to the following units used in an electric power generating system, as defined in §117.10 of this title (relating to Definitions), located in the Bexar County ozone nonattainment area:(1) utility boilers;(2) auxiliary steam boilers;(3) stationary gas turbines; and(4) duct burners used in turbine exhaust ducts.(b) This division is applicable for the life of each affected unit in an electric power generating system or until this division or sections of this title that are applicable to an affected unit are rescinded.
