SECTION/RULE §122.133 - Timely Application

A timely application for a permit is one that is submitted as follows:(1) for initial permit issuance, in accordance with §122.130 of this title (relating to Initial Application Due Dates);(2) for a permit renewal, at least six months, but no earlier than 18 months, before the date of permit expiration;(3) for the initial authorization to operate under the general operating permit, in accordance with §122.130 of this title;(4) for a renewal of an authorization to operate under a general operating permit, at least six months, but no earlier than 18 months, before the date of expiration of the authorization; and(5) for the authorization to operate under a revised general operating permit, by the effective date of the revised general operating permit.
