(a) All applications submitted under this chapter are subject to the requirements of this section.(b) If an applicant omits any relevant facts or submits incorrect information in an application, the applicant shall submit the relevant facts or correct the information no later than 60 days after discovering the error.(c) An applicant shall provide additional information as necessary to address any applicable requirements or state-only requirements that become applicable to the site after the date the applicant files a complete application but prior to release of the draft permit. Such information is not required to be submitted prior to the executive director's technical permit review period.(d) If while processing an application, the executive director determines that additional information is necessary to evaluate or take final action on that application, the executive director may request the information and set a reasonable deadline for a response.
