SECTION/RULE §122.216 - Applications for Minor Permit Revisions

An application for a minor permit revision must include, at a minimum, the following:(1) a description of each change;(2) a description of the emission units affected;(3) the provisional terms and conditions as defined in §122.10 of this title (relating to General Definitions) that codify the new applicable requirements;(4) a statement that the change qualifies for a minor permit revision;(5) a certification in accordance with §122.165 of this title (relating to Certification by a Responsible Official); and(6) the emissions resulting from the change.
