SECTION/RULE §122.220 - Applications for Significant Permit Revisions

An application must include, at a minimum, the following:(1) a description of the change;(2) a description of the emission units affected;(3) a description of the emissions affected by the change;(4) a certification in accordance with §122.165 of this title (relating to Certification by a Responsible Official).
