(a) Any general operating permit in this subchapter adopted by the commission shall remain in effect until it is repealed under the APA.(b) Any authorization to operate under a general operating permit in this subchapter adopted by the commission that is replaced with a general operating permit issued by the executive director shall be automatically converted to an authorization to operate under the general operating permit issued by the executive director. Provided the applicability determinations and the bases for the determinations affecting a site remain unchanged, the permit holder is not required to submit an application for the general operating permit issued by the executive director.
